Sadly my regular sales rep was on maternity leave and I dealt with Kayla, who was nice but misled me when she promised me one date and without my realizing. Proceeded to write the order up with a later date. I needed the chair sooner and had I known she was not going to deliver on the date we agreed upon, I would have kept shopping. When I called and asked for the sales manager Juan to call me, I only received I call back from the sales rep Kayla who did not take any accountability even though she clearly recalled our conversation. Still haven’t heard from the sales mgr. I guess a $700 chair is nothing to them. Perhaps they should look at back at the thousands I have previously spent. I just want the chair delivered when I was told it would be. Very disappointing.
