We purchased a sofa and other furniture from Rooms To Go , expecting reasonable quality and durability. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the first year was even over, feathers started coming out of the sofa. It has progressively gotten worse. Feathers are now constantly coming through the cushions and ending up all over our couch and carpets. Some of the feathers are sharp enough to poke and scratch our skin while we’re sitting down. And look at the back cushions in the photos. These are the cushions that came with the sofa, and they have become extremely flat and misshapen because the filling has broken down. This is after only a little over a year of normal use. Are customers really expected to spend $5,000 every couple of years replacing furniture because the quality doesn’t hold up? That is absolutely unacceptable to us. We also purchased a 3-piece set center table that became wobbly only a few months after purchase. We contacted their representative about the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done to provide a satisfactory resolution. This was our first time purchasing from Rooms To Go, and it will definitely be our LAST. We spent good sum of money expecting furniture that would last for years, not furniture that would start falling apart shortly during the first year. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend Rooms To Go based on our experience. The quality has been extremely disappointing, and the amount of money we spent makes this even more frustrating.
