Terrible experience overall! The store representative was more intrested in over selling the extended warranty rather than the sofa we were intrested in. She was overselling the warranty so much to an extent where she was making us feel that we can just get a new sofa in three years by making some random claim. In reality the warranty is extremely restrictive and only covers few cases which are not worth spending 500$ for. She even said that the cushion sagging is covered which is a big joke! She kept pushing us to get the extended warranty even after rejecting multiple times. The 200$ PREMIUM delivery and installing is also a big joke. The delivery agents were extremely unprofessional and were yelling at me when they were not able to place the sofa in a proper position. They realized that the sofa wouldn't recline and touches the wall and started yelling at me that they will only move it once. No common sense at all! Even after sharing this delivery experience with multiple people including the store associate, they call this a successful delivery with zero action. They don't seem to care about private feedback so I guess everyone else should know about how terrible they are. Never buy anything from Rooms to go. There are way better places that will treat you better as a customer.
