I bought a leather sofa from Rooms-to-Go Frisco location and the Rooms-to-go sales representative insisted me to buy 3 year warranty for sofa which Rooms-to-go would cover stain removal, replacement, breaks, fix etc. Now, when we call for a stain removal service Rooms-to-go directs to you to Fortegra insurance company and they deny the service even your warranty is still active. You question Rooms-to-go about warranty and they start talking about conditions in the receipt. DO NOT BUY furniture warranty from Rooms-to-go as you will lose your money and end up with NO RESPONSE. STAY AWAY !! NEVER COMING BACK to Rooms-to-go.
