For your own sake, please don’t make the mistake I did by purchasing from rooms to go. Choose wayfair or a department store - literally anywhere else would be better. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do. And when I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told “they refuse to speak with customers”. Any email sent to an officer of the company just gets forwarded back to the general customer service team. The pic should tell you all you need to know. Also, I've emailed the "tell us" email three times. Never heard back.

***PLEASR DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO*** We purchased a dining table and were told it was a month wait before delivery. Delivery day came (Monday) and the shipment was delayed till Thursday. On Thursday the delivery time kept getting pushed back. Eventually they indicated it would not be delivered on Thursday after my wife waited at home all day. She called customer service to try and get the situation sorted and was treated disrespectfully with no help. After spending 3 hours with customer service she was assured the table would be delivered the following morning between 7-8am. The next day came and no table. At this point she has spoken with customer service, the corporate office, and the store we purchased from. All of these have just passed her around and no one has been able to offer any solutions. We have gotten contradictory information from multiple individuals within the company. At this point we still do not have our table and are trying to figure out how to solve the issue. ***PLEASR DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO***

I genuinely don't know how this is scored so high.... Rooms to go trust pilot score is under 2 stars, wish I would have looked that up before placing an order. Worst customer service ever. Over priced items. Complete garbage company
