I just today purchased a reclining sofa from this store from a gentleman whose name is Terry. He was absolutely the best salesperson I have personally ever dealt with. He was so patient with me as I walked around the store trying to make a decision. He was knowledgeable, so friendly and easy to work with. I give the customer service one star; I bought a bed set and a dresser, and one of the dresser drawers arrived damaged. I reached out and sent an email, but I never received a reply. I am attaching proof. I only received a message saying they would contact me, but they didn't.
