We had a great experience. Our sales rep, Dave Smith, was incredible. He listened to our needs, made suggestions, did NOT try to upsell us, which made the experience more enjoyable. Made us feel like he was part of our team, ensuring we had exactly what we needed for our space. Lots of options, a good sale going on, and we are excited to get our new couch!

Stu was very helpful and didnt hover. He was accessible and knowledgeable but I enjoyed my experience so much I was able to purchase the first visit.
