Nikki Falacara was awesome! She knew exactly where to find the couch we were interested in, gave us good information, knew when to give my wife and I some space to discuss our decision and even sent us a text to be able to text her back if and when we needed her help. We did purchase the couch and Nikki wasted no time in getting the order placed, took care of our payment, and finished up quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our day. Thank you Nikki and Rooms To Go! We enjoyed our experience and are confident we will enjoy our purchase !

Johnny was great!

I spent 14K on a mattress, and was told if there was any issue, I have 30 days and they would fix it. So I reach out to my sales Person week later, am told to come in to fix my bed, and no one speaks to me for over an hour. When they finally do talk to me, now I am told I need to come back several day later because no one at thier store can authorize the replacement 200 dollars later they finally agree to replace my mattress. I will never buy another item here. I have been a customer at this location since ce 2006
