My family recently moved to NC from FL and we have purchased many furniture items from this RTG location. The service has always been top notch and I appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the sales staff has been. Diane recently helped us pick out a new mattress and was helped us narrow down exactly what we needed without being pushy at all. She was very patient and showed us many options! Will go back for our future furniture needs!

Went two times and was taken advantage of by their 100% commission paid salespeople both times. First time ordered over $5,000 so I got their credit to use the 60 months no interest credit card issued by Synchrony Bank. Wished later I had checked this bank's reviews Luckily,I checked my receipt and found about $350 worth of fabric and protection charges were added in spite of me telling the women that I don't want it and have no collision insurance on two cars! These charges were removed the next day but it cost me time. Next time five years later I wanted to buy a family member some furniture and was cautious. Still, had to sue and win in small claims court as I told sales that I was only spending $5000 and wanted the whole ed set and a couch which was separate purchase. No headboard was included in the delivery. I called the store before the drivers left and was told y the manager that they are sold separately but will give me one at their cost of $200. Explained that I would have never made the purchase if I was told the headboard was extra. Next day talked to the District and threatened court and he said, " we have lots of lawyers". Someone told me that I should have called corporate so I did a few weeks before the trial date but they would not settle. It cost the company over double a d could have kept a customer if they had given me their at cost $200 headboard. Was concerned that it would be deleted if I included am online competitor that has a better quality bed set which includes the headboard in the.display. I called to verify and was told why would we show it if it wasn't included. CR rates this mattres the best and it comes with a year of satisfaction guaranteed. Room to Go says you can't return one that was not even used and says that is why we let you try it in the store. Research who owns this private company and their net worth. They are doubling the price without guarantees and see what the rate will become if one misses one payment. A good bank would have settled this ad I put in two claims for not receiving everything that was advertised and both times they did nothing. Told me they would ask for documentation if needed. Customer service was terrible too. They are also a 1* company.
