DJ was an excellent help!

I had a great experience working with Alpheaus at Rooms To Go. He was kind, attentive, and really listened to what I was looking for. Instead of trying to steer me toward random options, he showed me pieces that fit my needs right away, which made the process so much easier. I also appreciated that he gave me space to browse on my own without hovering, while still being available whenever I had questions or was ready to finalize my purchase. After I got home, I realized I forgot to take a picture of the furniture, which I needed while continuing to shop for room decor. I texted Alpheaus, and within minutes he sent photos over to me. That level of responsiveness and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend asking for him if you shop there!
