Came in looking for a headboard. Carlos met at the door and introduced himself, explained the day’s sale, and asked us what brought us into the store. Explained that we simply wanted a headboard and we would simply look around. He accepted that, gave us his card, and let us to know that he’d be happy to help us with any questions. As we walked around, Carlos did not hover around us, nor did he invade our space, however, the few times I did have a question, he was only a few feet away, ready to be of assistance. Once the question was answered, he would disappear again. What I discovered was that he was never gone; he was staying with his guest without pressuring us into something we didn’t want or need. We ended up buying a $3k full bedroom suite from Carlos, which we probably would not have if he had been a pushy, overbearing salesman. I’d definitely recommend Carlos to anyone shopping at this location.
