I picked out a sofa paid for it and paid for delivery in 2 weeks. RTG sent me a text message this am and said delivery was scheduled between 12N and 4 pm. I rearranged my schedule so I would be home. A little over 2 hours later I received an automated phone call saying that my delivery is now from 4 PM to 7 PM. No, No apology, nothing professional, so I called and said I already changed my schedule if you can’t deliver it between 12 and four then you’ll have to cancel it. Trey said I’ll call you back and let you know. I get this very curt text message, from Trey saying sorry they can’t change it I’ll send you your money back. Again, no apology no professionalism, no I don’t want to lose your business. They just don’t care.. so not only have they lost a customer I want make sure everyone else knows to be aware that they jerk you’re around and they don’t really care about you once you pay for something. It’s only until you pay for something that they kiss up to you. I will never come up here to Rooms to go again! I work very hard for my money and when I spend it somewhere, I expect them to do the same. Good thing there’s a lot of other furniture stores in this area.
