This was my first time actually inquiring about prices with Rooms To Go. I was shopping for a unique bed/dresser for a new rental.property and was quite caught off guard by the 'nickle-n-dime' approach to buying a bed. Headboard, footboard, rails are ALL to be purchased separately. The overall price of the entire bedroom suite didn't add up or make sense. The salesman that helped me (been with them for 4yrs) couldn't explain the breakdown and said honestly, it doesn't make sense to them!....really, but customers are suppose to figure it out and purchase? In addition to that, although he was nice and tried to do the best he could, he had a repulsive body odor. I tried to keep my distance, being respectful that his hygiene could be that of his religious beliefs. Nonetheless, they had really unique accessories that I found refreshing, the quality of the furniture appeared to be of decent/good/better quality. But their pricing strategy was a turnoff for me.

Rooms To Go lived up to all their commercial promises a great experience indeed.The salesman Mark was great to deal with and knowledgeable.
