First part of my Google review, my husband and I are new to this area and decided we needed new furniture. We stopped by Rooms To Go and were greeted by Mr. Bill our salesperson. Mr. Bill was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL very knowledgeable, very professional, very patient and very kind towards my husband and I. He didn't try to pressure or rush us into making a decision. I had a laundry list of items we needed for our new home and every piece of furniture Mr. Bill showed my husband and I was exactly what we were looking for too. I definitely will purchase more furniture from Mr. Bill in the future definitely. Second part of my Google review, Mr. Mark Perry and his delivered team were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL with delivering our our new furniture and getting everything set-up right the first time. Also, I would like to acknowledge Mr. Gregory and Mr. Victor who both were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL for provided my husband with our adapter for a USB headboard and slacks for our new bed that were not giving to us. Overall, I wish I could give 10 stars in general because the PHENOMENAL Service we received was over and beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for everything!
