I had the best expierence ever at any furniture store that I've shopped at and thats because of Marcea she knew everything about what I was looking for and has the best customer service you could ask for i will always be a customer as long as she's here at rooms to go ... im going to refer all my friends and family to come see her if they need any home furniture

I'm extremely upset with Rooms To Go. We bought furniture back in Nov of 2025 and told them we needed delivered in May 2026 (plenty of time right???). We ordered a couch, recliner chair, coffee table and 2 end tables. We loved our salesman, Dave, but now that it's time to deliver (we bumped it to June because our house wasn't ready yet), I have gotten 3 calls to delay my furniture. The first 2 were to delay the 2 end tables, then today it was to delay the coffee table. I would have much preferred to be told this MONTHS ago that this furniture was not available so I could pick something else. Now it's time to move in the house and they are telling me I won't get any of them until July. But I've been told this 2 other times with the end tables and then told again oh that date isn't good either. So when July comes, am I still not going to have tables? At this point, are they going to call me before Sat and tell me I won't have my couch either? No one seems to be able to give answers and now while we're trying to move, we are stuck trying to find new stuff. I'm SO GLAD we didn't find all of our furniture there, only the living room furniture, because I feel like we'd have no furniture on move in day. They actually have NO IDEA what furniture they have available and when. For $4000 for this room, you'd think they could do a little better. I will never ever shop here again.
