Bill was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted, a power lift chair. I actually had my mind set on the Shaq style. However when I entered the store, Bill wanted to show me a different style before I mentioned Shaq’s. I’m glad I experienced it first. After comparing the two, I settled on Bill’s suggestion. I love it! Great customer service! Thanks Bill.

We love Desiree (I hope I spelled this right). She always takes care of my mother when she comes in. I didnt think she remembered us but then she said I sold you all the couches correct. Shes alway welcoming when we come in and my mother said she is a very good sales person. She doesn't rush us and allows us to take our time all while answering any questions we may have. Thanks Rooms to Go and Desiree.

First things first, Nichole and Miesha were outstanding from start to finish. Nichole listened to me, showed me what I wanted to see and let me look through the entire store, she wasn’t pushy or demanding. SHE WAS AWESOME! When I decided what I wanted, she helped me find matching tables and helped me purchase some store model rugs to complete the look. She was fantastic and very personable. Miesha helped with the financing portion of the show. She was also fabulous. From start to finish it was an awesome. Take the time, go into the store, test the furniture out. Not only was I impressed by these two ladies, I was really impressed by the furniture!
