Poor quality furniture. I bought a sectional from Rooms to Go. It just made a year that I've had it. When i bought my set i was told that the warranty will pay for any issues that i may have with my set (that was the first lie). Like a fool i purchased the warranty. A couple of months later the sectional cushions started to flatten and look kinda bad. As time went on it started looking worst so I reached out to the warranty company and explained my issue. They sent me a response stating that my issues with the cushions were not covered. They then emailed me a long list of things that they dont cover under the warranty. Friendly piece of advice, do not purchase the warranty, it is a waste of money. Considering my set was fairly new the warranty people reached out to rooms to go. A rep called me and sent out a technician. When he walked in he automatically knew that something was wrong with the chair along with the issues with the cushions. After examining the chair, he saw that the Springs were broken. The technician stayed at my house for around about an hour trying to fix the Springs and every time he thought that it was fixed, it will break again. As he was leaving, he told me that he was putting in his report that the Springs were broken, and that I needed 2 cushions to be replaced, that was three weeks ago. I reached out to Rooms to Go today to check the status and I was told my case was closed. The person I spoke with said their supervisor documented that there was nothing wrong with the sectional and that the technician did not put in his notes about the springs or replacing my cushions. I told that lady that was a lie and all she could do is repeat over and over again what her supervisor said. Instead of owning up to selling me poor quality furniture and replacing or fixing it, they lie. Please think before purchasing anything from this store. I paid almost $3,000 in total for my sectional. Don't make the same mistake I did. The quality of the furniture is very cheap but the price is very expensive.
