My wife and I stopped into Rooms to Go just to see what they had in the store. We had no intension of buying that day. We had already visited many furniture stores in the area and were browned away by the prices. In Rooms to Go we were met by a salesmen Tracy, he greet us and let us look around with no pressure, very different from the other furniture stores we visited. Their the sales people followed us trough out their stores. In Rooms to Go we found something that match exactly what we were looking only then did Tracy engage us. Answered all our questions and provided professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Needless to say we ended up making the purchase that day. The quality of the furniture looked as good as anything we saw in the other furniture stores but here the price was reasonable and within our budget. I guess only time will tell if our purchase was the right one. However from the online reviews and the customer service we received I believe it was the right decision. We did purchase the protection plan just to be on the safe side. I truly recommend Rooms to Go if you are looking to purchase excellent quality furniture at a reasonable price, with a company with great customer service (salesmen).

Scott Cogar is the coolest guy I ever met in the sales associate world in less then 45 minutes we had everything done and we will be going home with living room and bedrooms sets appreciate Scott.
