This is our second purchase from Rooms To Go and we are as pleased as our first time. Our sales representative, Olena Klymenko, was extremely patient with us as it took us a long time to decide. She listened to our needs, provided us options, giving us space and time to browse and checked back with us regularly to answer all of our questions.

I had a great experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Scott. He was attentive, patient, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the details clearly and helped me understand my payment options by breaking everything down in a way that was easy to follow. I truly appreciated his professionalism and customer service. He made the experience smooth and stress-free, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with their furniture purchase. Edited review: This place is terrible. The employees were all pleasant. This is not an indictment on the people in the stores working to sell this overpriced scrap they offer as furniture. I had a couch for less than 6 months and I am already on my second one. I have had 2 techs come and look at my couch and seem it defective. Get it replaced and the same issues happens within a month. Instead of me using the warranty, that I paid for I might add, and swapping my couch out with the basis of the last one was defective and they might have an issue with this model, they send another tech out. Come get this couch and stop giving your customer the run around. I paid my hard earned money to furnish my home using your establishment only to be treated like a crack head trying to get over. This place will never get anyone of my business ever again Previous review: It is always a nice experience coming to this location. Nothing but warm welcomes and great customer service.
