Repeated disappointment. I no longer live in this area but there are random times when I may visit the Newport News location (1-3) year with family who may be in the market for furniture. AND I swear EVERYTIME its the same experience. The sales people (and there are plenty walking around not helping anyone) NEVER greet you with a hello or "my name is...let me know if you have any questions..." Even after my son reminded me this is my experience, I decided lets go today maybe it'll be different. NOT AT ALL, SAME EXPERIENCE. I shared the experience with one sales person and what annoyed me was all he could say is he wished that wasn't my experience. But what he failed to ask me was how he could assist after I brought it to his attention. So this Rooms To Go location is off my family's list of ever shopping here again...Officially paying attention to what they have done repeatedly over several years!!!

The furniture was beautiful and affordable. Dave gave us exceptional service. He answered all of our questions and made very helpful suggestions.
