Leather power recliner sofa has one back that doesn’t match the other sofa back plus color doesn’t match loveseat
Delivered Sept 30th pointed out differences to delivery man he suggested calling customer service they scheduled appointment for Oct 11th they called to cancel after several more calls they scheduled another date on the 15th. Service man came on scheduled time said yes, the sofa and loveseat do not match and yes the one back is uneven with the other 2 backs…suggested to call service center and get 2 new or different pieces! Also haven’t heard from Rooms to Go since his visit. Unhappy!
