Purchased approximately $6k in furniture including a coffee table, end tables, lamps and a dresser. One lamp was broken into multiple pieces. The coffee table had manufacturers defects. The lamp and coffee table were replaced. The replacement coffee table also had defects. I was assured that before a new coffee table was delivered that it would be inspected at the warehouse to ensure I was not wasting my time taking work off for delivery. Unsurprisingly, the table was defective for a 3rd time. I was then told i would need to make myself available for a 4th time to have an inspector come by and check the table. The inspector confirmed the table was in fact defective. Rooms To Go response to all of this was to offer me the ability to pick out a new table and now wants me to make myself available for a 5th time! No discount, no apology. Absolute garbage customer service! If you choose to shop here, be sure to have lots of free time to allow for all the defective, damaged goods they will attempt to deliver.
