We came today for our warranty for a mattress and Lean Bailey help us with the mattress and I tell you that this lady did and outstanding job and above and beyond and never once ignored my son and while attending us and this is what I called great customer service. And the other person that attended us I get the first time son was only 4 years old and he bite her and I explain to him that we don't do that and he started to cry and I had to leave the store because everyone was looking us and now my son is 5 years old and understanding more and kids will be kids but we teach them from wrong and right. And when came back to check our warranty that same lady help us again but one thing I don't like was that she attending us and attending other people and not explaing right about the mattress. And Leah Bailey when we came today so we can get a new mattress because of our warranty and she was AMAZING 👏🏻 and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. We appreciate everything she did from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out. So thank you Leah Bailey and when change our couches we for sure coming back to get them with her.
