We were talked into the warranty and when we try to used it they denied our claim. This will be the last thing we buy from rooms to go. The sales person (Eric Stagaard )promised this would not happen. We have added pillows underneath because the support is not there. Poor quality furniture! This is the problem with salespeople, there is no accountability.

I recently visited the Rooms to Go location in Daytona Beach after viewing a leather sleeper sofa that might work online. I was greeted by Mark at the door and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I purchase the leather sofa, I also purchased a mattress. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for new furniture. The best part of the whole encounter was that he was not pushy at all. That definitely worked in his favor.
