I witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior from a Rooms To Go delivery crew. When I arrived home, their truck was blocking the entire road. Another vehicle was already parked on one side of the street, and the delivery crew parked their truck opposite it, leaving no room for traffic to pass. When someone asked them to move the truck forward about 10 feet to allow traffic through, one of the drivers responded, “F*ck you!” and then physically threatened that person. I was only a witness. I never said anything to the driver or participated in the exchange. Even so, after the delivery, he walked up to me and gave me a hostile look. I recently moved into a new house, and after witnessing this behavior, I will not be purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go.

Found and excellalent saleslady named Ashley. Extremely helpful. Professional and knowledgeable

Eric was very helpful in directing us towards what we were looking for. We were looking for a bedroom set. After putting a couple on our list to purchase, we found a wonderful leather sectional we felt we couldn’t live without. He changed what we had in our shopping cart. The only issue is we have to wait until December 22nd to get it delivered. We currently have something to sit on so we will be ok until then. Once we picked hat we wanted, it was a matter of a few minutes and we were out the door. We are very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to it’s arrival.
