I didn’t purchase the couch tonight, but I absolutely had to leave a review for Zach, the salesperson who helped me. As someone who also works on commission, I’ll admit—I usually don’t enjoy dealing with salespeople. Zach introduced himself, and when I said, “Hi, I’m just here looking,” he actually listened. He didn’t follow me around, repeatedly approach me, or pressure me into making a purchase. He gave me space and simply waited for me to come to him when I was ready. That alone earned a tremendous amount of respect from me. Once I found the couch I wanted, I went back to Zach. He helped me with the pricing and upgrade options and was incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, he didn’t leave much room for questions because he had already answered them before I could even ask. He was thorough, helpful, personable, and never once made me feel like I was being “sold” something. I know I took up some of his time tonight without making the purchase, but what Zach doesn’t know is that I have several purchases coming up—and he earned every single one of them tonight. I WILL be coming back to him for this couch and anything else I need in the future (as long as you guys have what I want 😜). Not being haggled, followed around, or pressured into buying something means more to me than he probably realizes. Zach understood that sometimes the best way to earn a sale is simply to treat someone with respect and let them make their own decision. I may have walked out without buying a couch tonight, but Zach walked away with a loyal future customer. That says a lot about the kind of salesperson he is. Thank you, Zach! Furniture arrived without the hardware for the bed and it will be a week for them to come back with the hardware. Don't buy from this place...
