Just want to note that this review is solely on the delivery part of this order. The sales person Andrea Davis was very helpful. Very disappointed on the delivery part of our purchase. We received 3 confirmation messages. First was to confirm the delivery date. Second confirmation message I received was the 4 hour delivery window of 10am- 2pm. Since I had already confirmed the date of delivery. I took the day off from work In order to be home for the delivery. Day of the delivery I received the 3rd message saying “Good news your delivery specialist are on their way. Then a few moments later I get a call from RTG saying the delivery has been delayed. REALLY!!! I took the day off from work for no reason lost a days pay. Nearly 9 hours later a day of work lost without pay, a doctors appointment rescheduled I get a message that delivery is 15 minutes away
