Whenever we asked about a model, she replied rudely and left us alone several times — this happened around five times, until she eventually abandoned us completely to attend another customer. Disappointed by the poor service, we decided to leave and visit other stores in search of better customer care. However, before leaving, we returned to the sofa we liked most and decided to sit and test it. That’s when a salesperson named Victor, who told us he has been working at Rooms To Go for over 18 years, approached us and kindly asked if everything was okay and whether we had already been assisted. We explained that yes, we had been “assisted,” but that the experience was terrible and the salesperson had simply left us without any help. He went to speak with her, and she was already assisting another family. Victor’s professionalism and kindness helped restore our perception of Rooms To Go. Thanks to his excellent service, we decided to proceed with the purchase of a $5,000 sofa. I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service provided by salesperson Janete.
