What a nightmare...purchased a sectional leather sofa back in Arpril to be delivered in June due to remodeling my living room. Received a call 2 days before delivery in June I forgot. I asked if delivery can be changed a week because I was away and they agreed. Received another call advising me 1 of the chairs was discontinued and not available for delivery. I gave a down payment and was very frustrated they lost 1 chair! Rooms to go gave my an option to choose the same set but a different color! This was unacceptable! After a few calls they located the chair in another state and will take a month. My wife called a few days after to voice her disappointment and a person by the of Michelle told her it was my fault they lost the chair because i canceled my order? I was furious that they would put the blame on me. I refused to speak with this specific store and called the corporate office on the blatantly lie that was said about me. They where sympathetic and accommodate me with the missing chair 3 weeks earlier, and complaint will address with the store.
From the moment we walked in the store Deborah was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us, her professionalism and excellent customer service truly stood out. We never felt pressured, and she took the time to answer all of our questions. Thank you, Deborah, for making this such a positive experience. We highly recommend working with her!
