had a great experience with Teresa very professional with details what i needed

Yesterday, I purchased a dining room set, and I have to take a moment to recognize Moises for his outstanding customer service! I can be a very indecisive person when it comes to making purchases, but Moises was incredibly patient, kind, generous, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to find answers to questions that neither of us fully understood. He even showed patience and professionalism while speaking with a family member over the phone who was helping me with the purchase. Let’s just say my family member can be a little strong-willed! 😂 But Moises never took anything personally and remained professional, respectful, and kind the entire time. Thank you so much, Moises, for your hard work, patience, and dedication. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into making my shopping experience a great one. You deserve to be recognized for the excellent customer service you provide! And Moises, I know my family can be a handful, so thank you for being so understanding! 😊
