RTG is a JOKE!!!!! No Customer service. Bought a $3000 couch that I have not had for 6 months. One piece of the sectional makes all kinds of noises when you open and close it. They send a technician out who was wearing workout clothes and his pants kept falling down. He didn’t seem to have the tools he needed for everything, and when parts fell out of the couch he didn’t know where they went. Now they want to replace the whole frame of that piece. He left parts of the couch unplugged when he left so parts of it are not even usable. When I called to talk to their customer service, they were rude to me and told me that I could not exchange any part of the couch for a new part or get a different couch. There is nothing professional about any service I have received so far. They wasted a day of your time sitting at home so they can come out and look at it and order parts. So I am stuck with this POS that is definitely not worth $3000. I used to be a big fan of theirs, but I will probably never use them again. Buyers beware!! There are better options with better furniture out there. I wish I had shopped around.
