We had a great experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Paul!! He was very chill and laid-back, which made the whole shopping process feel comfortable and stress-free. He gave us space to look around, but whenever we had questions, he was honest, knowledgeable, and ready to help. We really appreciated that he wanted to make sure we were making smart decisions instead of just trying to sell us something. His genuine attitude and helpful guidance made our experience enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend asking for Paul when visiting Rooms To Go!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This store and its sales personnel are not honest business operators. We purchased several pieces for my elderly mother-in-law including one chair that was on back-order until August. When we placed the order, we asked the sales rep, Chris, "if we were to find a substitute before it shipped would we be able to cancel no problem?" He said, "absolutely," and failed to take the opportunity to notify us of a 25% mandatory restocking fee (for a part that hadn't even been manufactured yet). I only discovered about this fee after 1 going online to learn I could not cancel an order there. 2, calling their 800-number to learn that I had to call the store branch to cancel an order, and 3, calling the actual store to cancel an order. That's bad corporate practice, and not necessarily this location's fault. The problems I had here was the dodgy nature of the phone conversation with the "manager" named Courtney. First he said he had to "go to corporate" to get this waived, giving me the run around. He said he'd call me back, but never did. Then, when I called back the next day he "wasn't there," which the employee only decided was the case after she put me on hold to get him (yeah' right). I did receive a call from "Maria from the office" informing me the charge was reversed. I am not upset with the resolution. I'm upset with the road I had to take to get there. These practices are deceptive and meant to make you "give up." Buy your furniture from a company that doesn't treat you like the cable company does.
