I have had the worst experience with Rooms To from delivery issues to quality of my couch. I bought a leather sectional that had an issue with the recliner they sent 3 repair technicians and they couldn’t repair the issue and I was able to return the sectional and purchases a totally different sectional.started having issues with my current sectional again they sent 2 technicians to repair it was worse after attempting to repair it they did send me a replacement, upon delivery part of the sectional was dirty and had a razor looking slice in the fabric again they need to send me a replacement, it was suppose to be delivered Saturday between 2-6 then I get a call around 2:30 saying that the driver is off the clock and cant deliver my couch, I agreed a delivery for Tuesday from 7am-11am and now that changed from 9-1…it’s cutting it close I leave for work at 1:15…then I asked customer service to let the driver know that they need to wear booties because my dog had major surgery and I don’t want dirty shoes all thru my house and the told me they don’t have to wear booties. Just been horrible experience as consumers we pay high prices for furniture and it’s not good quality! Do better Rooms To Go! I feel ripped off!

Outstanding customer service and friendly associates. Reginald was very helpful and went out of his way to help. Will definitely shop here again
