Caitlin Bailey was the sales person who helped me find the couch I purchased from Rooms to go. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the products on hand. She allowed me to look at specific things I was interested in to help me narrow down my search. I was able to get pricing, cost of delivery, furniture protection info and costs up front. She was nice enough to do this on two couches I liked. When it came time to purchase the one I decided on, I was able to switch out some components of the package deal to ones that I liked better. I was shown pillow fabrics in case I wanted to add more pillows and she knew exactly the ones to show me. Honestly she worked hard and went out of her way to help me without any pressure. I really appreciated that she wanted me to be happy with my purchases. Just a decent, nice individual. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and style I found this time around. Specifically the quality in the performance fabric which is better if you have pets, the springs in the couch, the foam, down wrapped cushions which zipped off so you could dry clean them. The cushions are also reversible. I walked out the door with two bottles of upholstery cleaner with lifetime replacement if you run out. Way to go Rooms to go ..call me happy. If the furniture performs over time as well as I am thinking it will it's a definite 5 stars. I have a future delivery date to allow for removal of old furniture. Pretty sure delivery will go smoothly too.
