Had a great experience working with Craig at Rooms to Go in Knoxville. I found a couch online, went to see it in the store and bought it immediately. The purchase literally took about 10 minutes. It was great. He was helpful and answered all my questions.

Bought the Moreau Street sectional in march of this year. Explained to the sales person that we had two dogs and we needed something that would be easily cleaned. He assured us that the pillow cases and back support cushions were machine washable. What he neglected to tell us was that the pillows and back cushions are filled with loose stuffing. It’s not one big pillow inside of an outside case. So if you want to wash the pillows, you have to literally unstuff them and collect all the stuffing in a giant garbage bag. If you want to put it back together after cleaning, the pillows are all misshapen and deformed. Also, there are tears in the bottom cushions stitching within the first few months. Not only that, but the seating cushions constantly slide out from the couch, so you’re constantly needing to readjust the cushions to put them back in proper position, . I felt the sales person was kind of pushy. We definitely got suckered into buying the extended warranty for stains. But that’s on us. The couch was too expensive for the quality and i feel we were deceived on the washability …..
