Update: moving from 1 star to 3. Paul the manager as well as a lady from filling out the survey have been very apologetic and understanding. For those very reasons I felt it was necessary to change my rating to reflect their customer service in remedying the previous service I received. Our experience was one left to be desired. From the start it seemed that our salesperson Michelle Hoffman was annoyed with my family even coming into the store. Yes my family and I went back and forth on what product we wanted and things may of got confusing. But besides that point, Michelle decided that during our purchasing decision that she go and help another family. We sat around almost 30 mins waiting for her to finally return to us. We requested that delivery include installation with the exception of the crib and much to our surprise she left the choice as doorway. If she hadn’t been preoccupied perhaps she had heard the request from myself, my husband, my mother and my father saying yes to the $130 included fee. Thankfully the delivery people placed all the boxes in the room requested but we are now left with a massive pile of cardboard which is what we did not want. I can only hope she actually listened and got all the pieces correct. On top of that you can clearly tell that at one point the box containing our crib has been walked on. Praying nothing is cracked because I can only imagine how difficult the replacement process will be. Hopefully when we are ready to upgrade our furniture we will have a more pleasant experience. For a first time mom and wanting to experience a memorable occasion it will be hard to look back without remembering how we were treated.

Monica is an excellent associate who patiently helped me over the phone with pricing and delivery dates. She saved my order and waited for me to come in person to make certain I wanted to proceed with the purchase. She was very professional and patient.
