I was pleased with the service my husband and I received from the time we walked through the door till we walked out. Our salesperson, Caroline, was not pushy. She greeted us with a smile and asked what we were shopping for, she pointed us in the right direction and let us walk around without the pressure of feeling like we were being stalked. She was available when we had questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. Because of her, we bought a sofa and a loveseat. I will be checking them out for my next furniture purchase.

If I could give it zero stars I would. To began I purchased roughly $2500 worth of furniture. I purchased a badge a mattress of Bunky board and a couch. The delivery guys arrived at 8 AM and my scheduled time was 9 AM. They told me if I did not allow them to drop it off at that time that I may not receive my furniture that day. I eventually acquiesce to the command. The delivery man let my brand new mattress fall in the middle of the street and left it there for about 30 minutes. When they delivered the leather couch, the couch looked as it was used. It had wrinkles Had stitching coming out on the arms. I called them the same day. I reported to them that the bunky board was too low for the bed. I also reported the damages to the couch. I had such a hard time with the customer customer care reps that I ended up speaking with three individuals, and the third one was able to put in a new order for a new couch. They told me my next and closest delivery date was April 23. I initially thought that I share with him that I wanted to exchange the bulky board for a boxspring and a new couch. However they only delivered the new couch. I ended up calling the representative that sold me the furniture by the name of Kenneth, and he said that he will work to resolve all of this. Kenneth never called me back. The customer care is so terrible and they have hidden fees. They also have hidden policies that are not to be spoken of. I was later told that you have seven days to report an issue to get to to receive an exchange. These are predatory practices and now I’m stuck with a $77 bun keyboard that does not benefit me or my family. I called the store managers today and they had zero solutions to offer. Meanwhile, I have suffered through headache and agitation having to wait on new couches having to sleep on insufficient furniture meanwhile, still having to pay my credit card bill for these products I repeat do not purchase from Rooms To Go!
