I purchased furniture from Rooms To Go on November 29, 2025, and paid in full. I specifically asked the salesman, Gregory, about the delivery timeframe and was reassured that it would be within 2-3 weeks. However, after two weeks with no contact from the company, I reached out and was told the delivery was scheduled for March 17th—nearly four months after my original purchase. When I went to the store to inquire about the delay, I didn’t receive a clear explanation. My husband and I considered canceling the order and requesting a refund, but were told that if we kept the order and waited for the delivery, the delivery fee would be refunded after the furniture arrived. In March, I received a text that the furniture would now be delivered on March 13th—a nice surprise since it was earlier than the original March 17th date. However, on March 20th, my husband went into the store to check on our refund, and was told by manager, JP, that the refund check was "in the mail" and we should expect it within 7-10 business days. It’s now been over a month, two phone calls, and lots of being given the runaround, with no refund in sight. I’ve spoken to Ariana on April 6th and Jennifer today, April 14th, and neither gave me the same story. On today's call, I was told to expect the refund in another 2-3 weeks. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a furniture purchase. I will not be returning to Rooms To Go, and I will be sharing this story with anyone I know who’s considering purchasing furniture. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
