Me and my wife have been in the process of buying a new home and finding the right fit for an interior theme. Jody Kalla at Rooms-to-go the colony has been exceptional throughout this entire process for us. We were diligently taken care of from the first moment we met Jody. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our experience has been superb. We are incredibly satisfied with our service at rooms to go, the colony!

What a great experience! The selection of furniture is outstanding and the prices just can’t be beat. Khurram Shahzad is the best salesman hands down! He was so friendly and helpful, he made furniture shopping a great experience for us!

Poor Customer Service. We walk in and are greeted and asked the usual, what are you looking for; What rooms; etc. We say we don’t know because the truth is we actually do know, we were going to actually buy something but the sales girl within a 5 minute span followed us and continued to inquire on “what we were looking for”. To the point of interrupting conversations between my husband and I- I kid you not 5 minutes, bothered 5 times, we were still at the front of the store. After the 5th time we told her to go to hell and walked out of the store, not before I told one of the other sales people I hoped was the manager, that this service was horrible. So we went directly across the street to NFM where the sales people have been pleasant, funny, and most importantly not intrusive. The desperation at Rooms to go from the sales people is pungent.
