I’m not sure what the issue was, but the behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It even made me wonder if, perhaps due to my ethnicity or appearance, she chose to ignore me. If that was the case, it is extremely disappointing. Because of this interaction, I left the store and went to Nebraska Furniture Mart instead, where I purchased a King bed set and a sectional worth over $9,000. I actually liked one of the bed sets at your store, but I did not feel comfortable continuing to shop after that experience. For reference, I was wearing a black cap and a Nike hoodie.
