Savanah was awesome, greeted us as soon as we walked in. Came and checked on us, explained details to the product, showed us other products. Very knowledgeable, we purchased a sectional before we left. If you are looking for a great experience, ask for Savanah in Rockwall, truly an asset to this company.
I had THE BEST possible shopping experience today when ordering my furniture, all thanks to Brian out of the Rockwall location. I dread furniture shopping and luckily don’t have to do it very often. In moving to a new home, my daughter and I are scrapping our old furniture and having new bedrooms, dining and living room furniture arrive with our move. We had browsed through a local store here in San Antonio and then, out of ease of doing business, I decided to order online rather than in the store. I needed help in some critical areas while attempting to order online and Brian came to rescue in the chat. He asked to call me so it would be a more efficient process and I was dreading the call based on SO many unpleasant customer service calls with the likes of many other businesses over the years. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and personality of Brian and I instantly thanked God for him under my breath. His product knowledge, friendly attitude and his calm demeanor helped me settle down after I had been getting irritated in the initial process while going at it alone. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve bought furniture from RTG two other times in my life and this time was a testament to why I keep coming back, and reinforcement on me being a RTG customer for life! My daughter and I hit 7 furniture stores within the last week. No one place had every single thing we desired other than Rooms To Go. We should have just hit RTG immediately and saved ourselves the time. Lesson learned. Brian - thanks again; I couldn’t have done this without you today. You’re a pillar of the good name of the organization and you made today a very good day for me. Rooms To Go - thanks for the great sales, the excellent furniture, and being part of a new fresh start for this single dad and his daughter. Can’t wait for our new place with our new RTG furniture!
