Disappointing
We love the couch but very disappointed in the condition it was delivered, TWICE!! First time there was a piece of wood screwed into the arm of the couch?! So they brought a second couch and there was a scratch on the wood and the dust cover was ripped. They sent someone to repair it, they did an excellent job but it’s just the point😔 The only thing they offered was $50 store credit which was really an insult.
