She was buying a chair off the floor of which they told her they wouldn't do… but they could deliver one from the warehouse…well my mother just got out of the hospital so when they delivered it she was in bed… the next day (Sunday) she realized it's not the same chair and calls them on Monday and told her it was hers, but she could take less and trade it in for another one… TOTAL SCAM Artists taking advantage of the elderly should be a CRIME!!! I will NEVER shop Rooms to Go again and highly suggest you dont either!!! You were so concerned with my review that you asked us to contact you… but you never reply back to our emails… I guess you dont care and I need my attorney to call you for ripping of senior citizens!!!
