We knew what we were looking for. Once Paul’s teammate (didn’t catch your name. But, shout out to you!) helped us find the items in the showroom. Everything else was a breeze. Pauls idea with a mirror we were going to opt out of purchasing with the set. Changed our minds and simply showed how great customer service is still a thing! Eduardo V. in the Claremont location was absolutely fabulous in my recent transaction as far as buying furniture and customer service. I was looking for a new couch and bedroom set and he went above and beyond for not just me but my mom. We both wanted to purchase separate furniture. He was not only patient, he was thorough, Knew his stuff and didn’t get annoyed with us and also didn’t hound us and stalk us like most people do where you just wanna run out and forget about everything. That is something that is such a turn off for me personally and I have to say he is not like your typical sales Associate if that makes sense. I would never go to anybody else if I had to buy furniture. I would actually follow him as a sales rep because that is so important to me when I purchase something that is going to be a piece that He’s going to complete my comfort and wants/needs in my new home. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an amazing sales rep who just knows his stuff from top to bottom and is very easy-going with no pressure. Make sure you ask for Eddie in the Claremont Florida location!
