I visited Rooms To Go near Millenia Mall this evening to address an issue with a wrong mattress that was delivered. I had originally made my purchase in the store on August 8th (and delivered on August 18th) with sales associate Farhan, who also remembered me from my previous visit. When I explained that the wrong mattress had been delivered, Farhan told me that I had purchased the mattress online and not in store. I reminded him that he had personally assisted me with the purchase in store and that we had stood in front of the mattress I selected, which I still had a photo of from my visit on August 8th. Despite this, I was told that this was not what had happened and that I had wanted a different mattress. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager, Nardia. She was professional and helpful and was able to assist me with returning the incorrect mattress and purchasing the correct one. The way my concerns were handled by Farhan was very disappointing. After this experience, I do not plan to make any future purchases from Rooms To Go.
