I would share a picture of the couch IF it had delivered. First, they told me they delivered in NY area with local partners. I purchase and schedule everything. My building requires some paperwork beforehand, which I'm told at time of purchasing is no problem. It is a problem as I call the local store asking for it - and there is no follow up. Finally, when I reach out to customer care line and get somewhere the week before. When talking, I explain the building only allows delivery M-F from 9-5pm. They say the dispatch warehouse has been notified and can work with me. On delivery day I'm home after confirming the window; however, it keeps pushing it back later and later. The truck comes too late and is not let up. They cancel the delivery so now I have to call customer care line. The customer care rep line emails the warehouse manager about scheduling it for next day, Friday, first thing. However, I am not given that email or transferred to a manager. Finally, this local store non-manager reaches back out and offers Saturday. I explain again, Sat deliveries are not allowed. The next day during the week is Thursday. But no reassurances are made that this will not happen again next Thurs. No reassurances that I will move to the front of the line for next Thurs. and no explanation as to what happened to the Friday plan. Their systems are very inefficient as it still taking 1 or 2 days for my order to officially cancel. (Which also delays the refund). The dispatch men were nice, but overall, I will not be ordering anything from Rooms to Go no matter where I live. I will not be recommending Rooms to Go to anyone I know either. This process is frustrating no matter where delivered to - and not worth the headache/hassle.

What happened to being greeted at the door and asking (at least) can I point you in the direction of what you are looking for. I walked into the RTG in McDonough, GA. 3 sales people standing to the left of door, not a one approached me to assist. I was looking for a single recliner and had a decided price point according to their website. I searched the entire store taking pictures for comparison. When I made a final decision, I had to go back to the area of the sales people and say excuse me can I get some help. The salesperson rang up my sell, in addition to the updates. I paid cash and left. But since you all sent me this how was your experience survey!! It was awful and I'm going to cancel and find a recliner elsewhere!!
