My experience at rooms to go in Southaven, ms was fantastic! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They have absolutely beautiful furniture and a great selection to choose from. I highly recommend recommend recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

I’ve had the WORST experience ever from this place. When I walked in every one just chilling as if they do not want to be there. The sales guy that was employed there made sure he flirted the entire time & made me feel uncomfortable. My order was written up completely wrong. The delivery drivers had an attitude and rooms to go stated that they have been losing business due to those deliver drivers. I received a dinning room set still after I was mistreated with the sofa and tables. Someone dropped the ball and didn’t contact me to let me know that I need to sign some new paper work for the table set. I received a call and it wasn’t with the best of tone, that they about to come pick my dinning room set up because I didn’t sign some papers that I had no CLUE about. I will be taking further actions for the stress they have caused me during this terrible experience. I will go to the furthest extend to ensure no one else experience this as a WOMAN.

Patel was the greatest. He took his time and made sure I got a great price and what I wanted
