This is the third time I had to reselect furniture at Rooms to go. They are not able to get any electrical parts. Each time you have to pay another delivery fee , and buy another warranty. I feel the delivery fee and warranty should carry on to your reselect, but instead they subtract the warrant fee from your total amount of reselect. Disappointed

I had a great experience picking out a new bedroom and loved all of the different options that you could put together. Fred was so helpful with pulling together the pieces I wanted and the clear information on the options for financing and warranty. All in all, it was a great experience.

Ask for FRED when you visit the Southhaven location. He offered exceptional customer service, depth of knowledge about products and patience with my 70+ year old Mother and all her questions.
