We actually came in towards the end of the day feeling pretty frustrated after looking around a number of other stores and not finding a couch we really liked. Larry completely changed the experience for us. He quickly understood what we were looking for, showed us everything we needed to see, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel incredibly easy. Most importantly, there was never any pressure. We actually left to think about it and continued looking elsewhere, where we did find another couch we liked, but ultimately Larry was a big reason we came back to Rooms To Go and made our purchase there.
