Eric Brown was the sales associate that assisted me during my visit. He was amazing as he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and patience from the time I entered the business to the purchasing of my selection.

My salesman was great! Quick and efficient. However, he was new and missed some important sale pricing deals amounting to about $900. When I called to have the corrections made now my delivery is delayed. This is an inconvenience I don't need to deal with right now as the delivery date is time sensitive in this case. Make sure and ask for an experienced salesperson. And it gets worse. I purchased $7K of furniture for my wife who has Alzheimer's disease. Now the furniture is scheduled to arrive on a FRIDAY. The facility does not allow check-ins on FRIDAY, so now I have to wait until Monday when I was previously scheduled to move her in on the previous Tuesday. That is a week delay and sucks for both of us.

07/2026 We bought new furniture at Rooms to Go! Cody was our sales representative! He was great to inform us of product information and ideas for what we were considering to purchase. Also he left us to look and checked on us. No pressure sales, which we loved. We left and thought about purchase & decided what pieces we desired. He helped us with smooth purchase and clarified all information on purchase. Great job Cody! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also when delivered James and KD were awesome. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They were courteous & professional! They treated our furniture with respect; as if it was their own & placed according to my requests. They verified all was okay before departing & took a picture. Again, we love our new furniture and would recommend Rooms to Go! Ask for Cody! Thank you the Welsh’s 😊
