My experience with Rooms To Go has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. My order included my son’s bedroom set, and in preparation for the rescheduled delivery, I took his bed down ahead of time. The delivery was rescheduled twice, the 2nd reschedule was canceled the SAME day. 3 hrs prior to my delivery time . I was told the cancellations were due to inclement weather, yet the roads are now fine and I still have not been given a new delivery date. Now my son bed is gone and I don't have a new delivery date so he's sleeping on the floor basically. To make matters worse, I paid extra for expedited shipping. After calling customer service, I was told I would receive a call back with an updated delivery date. I have still not heard back, nor has any effort been made to resolve this issue. This situation has left my child without a bed and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The lack of communication, reliability, and accountability from Rooms To Go is completely unacceptable, especially after paying for expedited service that was never honored. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Rooms To Go based on this experience.
