I recently made a purchase at the Rooms To Go Arlington location, and what I witnessed afterward was absolutely appalling and unprofessional. Right after completing my purchase, I heard loud arguing coming from the sales office between two men. The situation escalated to the point where one of them invited the other to “step outside” to fight. One of the men’s names was Juan (I heard his name mentioned), but I didn’t catch the other. It got so bad that the ladies in the office had to step in and try to calm things down. I was so uncomfortable that I asked to speak with the manager—only to find out that he was one of the men involved in the argument. That is beyond unacceptable. This kind of behavior should never happen in a professional environment, especially in front of paying customers. It completely ruined the experience and made me regret spending my money there. Very disappointed and deeply concerned consumer.

I've been coming to this location for over 25 yrs and it never disappoints. BRUCE salesman and the Manager are outstanding 👏 also listen to what our needs are and fulfill them. BLESSINGS to their entire team people helping people.

Would not recommend unless you enjoy being lied to. I purchased a sofa on October 2nd. Was told by the sales associate (I am a repeat customer that has spent thousands with this guy) that it was not available to be delivered until November 1st, but if I would go ahead and pay for it he would see if it could be delivered sooner. He told me he would let me know by later that afternoon. Crickets. I heard nothing. I spoke to customer service the following day. The person I spoke with said the sales associate or the store manager would call me back. Crickets again. I heard nothing. I called the following day requesting a refund. The girl who answered the phone interrupted me twice. I was told since I spoke to customer service the day prior they sent the request that day (not the day I was originally told) and I could get a refund if they were unable to deliver sooner. I was placed on hold for several minutes. The girl comes back on the phone and says she can mail me a refund check or I can come to the store with the card I used and get a refund. I agreed to go to the store then. As I am on my way to the store, I get a call back and I am told that they actually do not have the funds to refund to me and they have to email corporate. Today is Saturday, she says it will be Monday (maybe) that I heard something back. 100% do not recommend this store.
