I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience at this store. This has been truly frustrating and I would not recommend this store to others. I purchased a new living room set and specifically requested a particular color. The initial delivery was scheduled but cancelled due to rain. When I contacted customer service to reschedule, I was advised to wait 48 hours. After waiting, I was then told to would have wait an additional two weeks for delivery. Upon delivery, I discovered that the living room set was not the color I had requested. I immediately contacted customer service again, and once more , I was advised to wait 48 hours, I called to discuss my options, only to be informed that customer service could not assist me because both the store Manager and my sales representative were off today.
