The Denton store is completely inefficient. Be aware that staff is not truthful. Additionally, be aware that they lack transparency and work ethic. When it comes to refunds, they DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT EVEN IF DONE AT THE MOMENT!!you pay cash and they want you to get a check and you have to wait four weeks for a check!!!! this store has a lack of customer service!! The worst customer service comes from this store! So bad that staff refuse to provide their name something all others store employees provide even on their cards.STORE HAS HIDDEN REFUND POLICIES! THEY LACK TRANSPARENCY WITH CUSTOMERS

The salesman, David, was extremely helpful. He worked really hard to find what I was looking for. David was friendly yet professional. One thing I do suggest for the company is to supply the consumer with smaller accent rockers in solid colors 7-8-2026 I went into Rooms to Go and was greeted by Ryan Cauvin who waited on me to make a decision on a new recliner. Ryan was such a help, friendly, knowledgeable about the store products and pricing. He was a tremendous help to me and I valued his help more than I can express. I’m eagerly awaiting my new recliner, at that time I will include more reviews on how it fits me.
