David took the time to explain all the features of the chairs and made sure we understood how to operate them properly. Although we ultimately declined the extended warranty, he thoroughly explained the coverage options without any pressure, allowing us to make an informed decision. He also reviewed all of our delivery options and answered every question we had. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, informative, and enjoyable.
