Huge shoutout to Jodee at Rooms To Go! I had to make some changes to my furniture order a couple of weeks ago after purchasing, and she made the process completely stress-free. She was so kind, helpful, and made sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming, but Jodee made it feel easy breezy from start to finish. Horrible unprofessional and untrained staff. We bought a sofa set recently and the sales lady was so incompetent inspite of the fact that we explained over and over again and had brought the measurements of our family room and pictures and demonstrated very well on which side arm we wanted of the chaise. She was having a hard time understanding and got 3-4 other staff members involved including her boss and still placed the wrong side arm ordered for the chaise. When I reached home and got an email invoice of the order from her, we called her to point out her mistake but she assured her that they have noticed it and will correct it but 3 weeks later when we received the order it was the wrong side of the arm!!! We called her 3 times and she didn’t try to rectify the mistake and then blamed the mistake on us and she wanted us to pay shipping again to get the order corrected and sent(swapped)and when we questioned that the supervisor came and was even more rude and totally did not want to listen to us and gave us the only option and which is to pay shipping again and they will swap and totally denied the sales persons mistake. Horrible way of treating a customers. Never expected from a company like rooms to go and we have been customers for years. You sure did loose us as customers and buyers beware guys.
