My first ever shopping experience at RTG Katy, Texas was fantastic. I worked with Candice Clay in picking out a new couch and side chair. She was so patient and friendly. Candi answered all my questions and showed me exactly what I wanted. She made the whole experience move so flawlessly. The only hiccup was not being able to get patterned pillows for my solid couch that matched my side chair pattern. (That was due to a dumb policy that RTG has of not being able to sell pillows separately from their sofas).
