Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the various products. Sales associate was patient and helped me get the best package for our new bedroom set and mattress!
(Translated by Google) My husband and I went to buy a bedroom set. We walked through the entire store and no one offered to help us, even though we saw that everyone else was being helped. We waited for 20 minutes and no one approached us, so we decided to leave. As we were leaving, there were two salespeople who looked at us, and we left. We wonder if there's some kind of code to follow to get served. What terrible service! (Original) Llegamos con mi esposo a comprar una recámara, recorrimos toda la tienda y nadie nos ofreció atendernos, pero veíamos que a la demás gente si, estuvimos 20 minutos y nadie se acercó, decidimos irnos y saliendo habían 2 vendedores nos miraron y salimos. Nos preguntamos si hay algún código de presentación para ser atendidos, que pésimo servicio
Custom service is terrible. Sales person was great. Delivery process is awful. Promised delivery, took a day off. Sent alrers all day. When they arrived after waiting 5 days they brought the wrong couch. Said we had to wait another week. I should have went to Gallery and got same day! No furniture and a house full of family coming over! Not happy. They didn't even try to make it right. None of the team at Rooms to Go took any responsibility and didn't care that we could not provide seating for our family. They didn't even say sorry or try and help us. I do not recommend. The commercials are great but they don't support the services provided!
