At The Woodlands RTG I went in to look for a dining room table. I just knew I needed it to withstand kids/teenagers, easy to clean but not glass, can seat 6, and not rectangle (because not enough space for that in my dinning area. Well Marcelo understood the assignment. He was very helpful in explaining everything. All in all we ended up getting a counter height dark wood table. Not sure how I felt about the counter height but after being there and seeing it, it grew on Mex I will be going back and asking for Marcelo when I get ready to replace living room area furniture.
Worst furniture purchase experience ever! Ordered a furniture set, upon deliver two items were damaged and one item was not delivered even though it started online that it was. I had to go to the store to get it sorted out and was informed the missing item would be delivered with the replacements for the damaged items. The missing item was not delivered and now I am stuck having to be home yet another day for their extended delivery window. The only accommodation they made was refunding half of the delivery fee. When you spend almost $5,000 on furniture this is absolutely ridiculous. You need to do better as an organization and I will never be purchasing furniture from this or any other location again.
