Great furniture and top notch customer service! I purchased a double recliner sectional, twin trundle bed and a leather recliner. Delivered in a few days and great no interest payment terms! I could not be happier! If you go to the children’s side at Baybrook, ask for Nam he’s amazing! He listens to your needs and offers the best options. PPF! Patient, professional and friendly! Thanks room to go, I love my new furniture!
I had a very disappointing experience with Rooms To Go Baybrook. We purchased a dining table and scheduled the delivery in advance. We were given a tracking link to monitor the delivery status, and I checked it regularly. The tracker continued to show that the truck had not yet left for delivery. Suddenly, a delivery representative called saying they were already at our house. We explained that we were at our business and asked if they could please wait 15 minutes while we drove home. About 10 minutes later, she called again, and we told her we were already entering our neighborhood. As we turned in, we saw the delivery truck driving away. We immediately called back, but the representative was rude and simply said there was nothing she could do. We then contacted Customer Service, and instead of trying to help, the representative was equally rude and only repeated that “those are the rules.” We also contacted our salesperson, David, hoping he would help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, he was just as dismissive and told us he didn’t care and that if we canceled the order, we would be charged a cancellation fee. The most frustrating part is that the delivery tracking system was inaccurate. We relied on the information provided by Rooms To Go, yet we were penalized because of it. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and concern for customers. After spending over $2,000, I expected much better treatment. I will think twice before purchasing from Rooms To Go again.
I specifically requested an afternoon delivery, but my delivery was scheduled for the morning instead. We couldn’t receive the furniture because we didn’t have access to the house yet. This was entirely avoidable if the requested delivery time had been honored. Very disappointing service. 1 star.
