I had a very disappointing experience with Rooms to Go, so I want to share so other customers can become aware of the poor service Rooms to Go offers! As a new homeowner, my partner and I were excited to start furnishing our new living space. We purchased a bed set on 7/21 and the delivery date was set for 8/3, seems promising two weeks out no problem. Nonetheless, the delivery process was fraught with issues. We never received our order on the delivery date. Apart from several delays, which were frustrating enough on their own, what made the situation even worse was the response we received from management. When we reached out for assistance, the manager's comment was astonishingly unprofessional. He said, “You don’t really need the bed to sleep; all you need is the mattress.” This dismissive attitude was not only unhelpful but also very disrespectful. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer care and respect that Rooms To Go offers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with consideration and my issues to be resolved with professionalism. Sadly, this was not the case, and I am now left with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I advise potential customers to take their money elsewhere! This will be our first and last purchase from Rooms to Go!
