Brendan Kiwala really made this experience great for us. He was there to answer questions without following us around like a shadow, and he was never pushy. Despite working commission-based, he seemed to genuinely care about what would actually benefit us. Brendan gave us all the info without pushing us into a corner. We weren’t ready to officially decide on a couch today, just get some information, but I figured I’d leave this review just in case we go another route and don’t get to support him in-store. Definitely keep Brendan out on the floor. Thanks a lot!
