Review Extremely disappointed with both the quality of this couch and the customer service after the sale. For what we paid, I expected a couch that would hold up under normal everyday use. Instead, we’ve experienced issues with the fabric pilling, becoming loose and stretched, and the cushions wearing down much faster than they should. The wood framing also breaking. I contacted Rooms To Go multiple times expecting them to stand behind their product and warranty, but they have refused to fix or address any of the issues. It’s frustrating to spend this much money on furniture only to have it start looking worn out and poorly made, then be told there’s essentially nothing they’re willing to do about it. warranty and customer service mean very little if the company finds a reason not to help when there is an actual problem. Based on my experience with the quality of the couch and the lack of support afterward, I would not purchase from this company again and would recommend that anyone considering buying furniture here think twice. Update: I contacted the email provided from the response. There was still no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from them and if you do don’t purchase their protection plan.
I will never shop here again. I bought furniture for my child and since she had a mark on top of the dresser from a pencil they didn’t want to cover a cracked on the furniture. Both things are not the same it’s a shame how unprofessional they are here. Dealing with them is like dealing with a used car salesman. Never again
