Very good customer service Ana helped out very well.
I am disappointed on my delivery experienced. RTG delivery partners was horrible. Received notification on delivery, to be rescheduled twice. When delivery came at 9pm to deliver, they drove off without delivering anything. They simply drove away. I had to call RTG & reschedule delivery for 2 days later. Two days later, delivery came! Yayy, I thought, great job & they set up my new Tempurpedic King size mattress & adjustable frame. Cool! Delivery left, and maybe 30 minutes later I went to the front of my house & guess what, they left my mattresses, box springs & frames that is supposed to hauled away! Nope, just left in the middle of my driveway. Like, really!?! Customer service followed up same day & expressed, their truck was full and they will come back. I was like, okay, fine! Guess what, my old mattress, box springs & rails are still in my driveway!! This is almost funny, but it is not. It's actually embarrassing that all my neighbors can see my mattress, box springs and frames. Shame on RTG partnering with an unreliable delivery company. I sent over $5k to still see my old belonging in my driveway. No excuses, the delivery team could have discussed they must leave because....and I would have said, we'll stick it in the garage until you come back. Wow, I have never experienced this with any delivering service in my adult life. I finally received a Manager call from deliverer to say, " they are coming tomorrow at 11am". No apologizing, no nothing, talk about customer service! Shame on your leadership. This experienced now has tainted any future purchases from RTG! I did like my Salesman though, he was great (Matt) & he closed & got a $5k+ purchase from me. Beware of treatment after purchase!!!! Lack of empathy, follow up ir concern from both RTG customer care service and the delivery vendor .
