Tyler Darby-young was our salesperson and she was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She explained the various features of the recliners in detail that we looked at. She made our shopping experience and purchase at Rooms to Go enjoyable.

I had a great experience at the Rooms to Go location on Katy Fwy in Houston this week. I stopped by this store on Saturday to quickly look at dining set as I was in need of replacing mine. I thought I saw everything and found one that would work, but I wasn’t sure if I loved it. I returned yesterday when I had more time, and as soon as I walked in, a very nice woman named Liet greeted me with, “Welcome back!” I was surprised because I had not interacted with her on Saturday, but she clearly was paying attention and remembered me. That was a nice personal touch! I told her I would browse for a while, and she checked in with me a couple of times just to make sure I was doing okay. Eventually, I spotted a nice square dining set that was quite different from my existing rectangular set. That’s probably why I hadn’t noticed it before. She came to discuss it with me and also showed me similar inventory on her tablet that was at a different showroom, in case I thought I would prefer those. Liet asked me very good questions to make sure I would be happy with the purchase, and I really appreciated that she did not try to press a sale in any way. She truly was interested in my being happy with the dining set! Liet went over the pricing with me and reviewed the individual and total amounts of the items several times. She was very thorough. After careful review of the total cost, it turned out that I could also get the matching sideboard. I ended up with something much nicer than I had even anticipated! Liet’s professionalism and thoughtfulness were outstanding to the point that I asked her if I could post a review. She certainly didn’t need to ask me! I wanted to call her out for a fantastic experience. That kind of customer service isn’t common, and it made a notable difference in my overall feeling towards Rooms to Go. If I find myself in need of more furnishing, I will absolutely seek Liet out!

My mom needed a new power lift recliner. Here OT recommended we get one here. Casey met us at the door and held the door for her wheelchair. She led us right to where we needed to go. She helped me assist my mother out of her wheelchair to try it out. She rang us up and walked us out so we could get the wheelchair out easily. Casey is very friendly and helpful.
