I had an overall great experience at Rooms To Go, largely because of our salesperson, Andira. My family and I spent nearly two hours deciding between sofas and sectionals, comparing prices, delivery dates & costs, taxes, measurements, and different color options. Throughout the entire process, Andira was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. She took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her energy and customer service were exactly what you hope to receive when making a significant purchase. The overall atmosphere, however, felt a little less welcoming. A warmer atmosphere would have made the entire experience even better. Just my opinion. That being said, I’m still giving my experience 4 stars because Andira was phenomenal and truly made the visit worthwhile. I would absolutely return, but I would specifically ask for her again. She earned my trust and my business, and her level of service deserves recognition.
