Bought outdoor furniture with a Fortegra warranty for 3 years. Cost was $300 and salesperson claimed Fortegra would honor warranty for any stains the furniture would incur. Made a claim and Rooms to Go sent a technician to come see furniture and he immediately stated yes, furniture indeed has stains and would be replaced. He stated all cushions would be replaced and would delivered. I receive a phone 10 days later stating the claim was denied. Stated the technician wrote a report contrary to what he told me. This is a blatant lie from the salesperson and the technician. Do NOT do business with the fraudulent company!! The furniture was very expensive but still very cheaply made.

Went to 3 furniture stores today looking for a couch, Ryan at rooms to go was by far the best sellsmen of the day, ended up buying some pretty nice couches for a good price, thanks Ryan .
