One of the worst experiences we have ever had. We ordered a bedroom set and 30 minutes after it was delivered the dresser nearly tipped over because of how badly it was built. The bed frame was not properly secured and screws came up from the board without any real pressure. After I called to tell them about the issues they said it would take a week to send a technician out. I went in person to speak to a manager to return it, and although he was courteous he didn’t mention that the return would take 2-3 weeks to process and get our money back. I would never buy anything from Rooms To Go again.

Jesus helped us with the final decision on our comfy reclining sofa. Now we get to set up our home office. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He’s a no nonsense guy which I truly appreciate. I love Rooms to Go! Highly recommend!
