Honestly not happy with rooms to go. The sales people at store are all good people. Nice. But when this re-selection started it was very annoying. Going store to store talking the customer service at the store telling us they carry different furniture at all the store. So we had 12 hr day of waste our time. All the stores have same things. Sure different accessories but the furniture couches were all the same. Total waste of a day. Then I can't even speak about how bad the warranty company is. Great we get our money back from our purchase 2.5 years before but we have go thru the process of of picking furniture again. I'm tall. But not crazy tall. It's not easy thing to find furniture. Their shaq furniture isn't even for big people. Only the 2 recliners from lazy boy Shaq are big. Anyways the first lady we spoke too was nice she told us we had till may 22nd and if we need we could extend it till June 22nd. So we tried to find something even though we had allot of family issues. Major health issues for my 10 yr old. Then pet past away. Then my family members had 3 strokes and became no longer able to take care of themselves. More crazy stuff. Well we didn't pick anything by may 22nd so we called may 21rst oh and another lady called 2 weeks earlier that was just rude so I basically told her I was done speaking to her since she read back we could extend it but she like no you can't. Then we call on may 21rst- my wife. They lady is very rude and says that we've had enough time but she only extend it till the June 6 or something. Wife like no we were told we could extend till the 22nd of June. There more to this but to long already. I called back talk manager and got it sorted but man most of them are rude. Very unprofessional and honestly if this furniture fails again in only 2.5 yrs I'm done with this company. Honestly I think it's their plan is for furniture to lady just over 3 yrs. We'll see. Also with all the bs and having to reselect furniture i wanted free delivery but their manager were like no their getting enough. All I got was a pain in a... time we didn't want spend looking at furniture.
