We had a great experience the 1st time we bought some furniture here. This time we bought an adjustable king bed. When we went to look at the beds we told our sales lady we just needed the head and feet to raise. We we're told that they do not have one that does just that. How funny, when we went to purchase they had buy the bed, get a free base. We expected a base like we we're shown in the showroom. The funny part, some how when it is free, they have a cheap base that only lifts the head and feet. I don't like to be played or lied to when your making a large purchase. Not sure if we will buy from this Rooms to Go again.

My purchasing experience at Rooms to Go in Cypress went really well my salesman name was Kenneth. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this salesman and this store to my friends and family.
