Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We purchased furniture along with the extended protection plan, which was far from inexpensive, expecting peace of mind and quality customer service if any issues arose. Unfortunately, the furniture itself turned out to be very poor quality. One of the pieces began cracking on its own despite receiving practically no use. The wooden sections started separating, and the corners began peeling and deteriorating without any damage or misuse on our part. After opening a claim, an inspector came to verify the issue and ultimately confirmed that the piece qualified for replacement. However, the process that followed was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. A few days later, we were informed that the exact piece we originally purchased could not be replaced, and that we would instead need to visit the store and choose a “similar” item. The problem is that you are only allowed to choose from certain limited pieces, not from the full online catalog, which already severely limits your options. On top of that, the process feels designed to force customers into spending more money. If you choose an item that costs less than your original purchase, they do not refund the difference. Because of this, we were essentially pushed into selecting a more expensive piece, paying the price difference out of pocket, and then , unbelievably, paying another delivery fee as well. So in the end, we purchased expensive furniture that failed under normal conditions, paid for a costly protection plan, spent hours driving to the store and dealing with the process, were restricted on replacement options, forced into spending more money, and charged shipping all over again. This entire experience felt extremely unfair and very customer-unfriendly. The protection plan sounds good when purchasing, but when you actually need to use it, the process is inconvenient, restrictive, and costly. We will definitely not be purchasing from here again.
