I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Rooms To Go over the years, and I absolutely love their selection, especially their gray furniture options. The quality of the furniture itself has always kept me coming back as a loyal customer. However, my recent experience with their finance department was quite frustrating. There was a small calculation error made by their team, leaving a tiny balance of just 10 cents. Instead of waiving the dime due to their own mistake, they insisted that I pull out a credit card to pay the $0.10 balance because they simply "couldn't let it go." While I still highly recommend their furniture pieces, the lack of flexibility and common sense in their finance department left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. A little bit of customer goodwill goes a long way!
