I was all set to buy a leather sofa and recliner and I asked if the furniture carried a warranty. Salesperson said for 90 days and I could get a longer one. When he did the paperwork he took my information and did a quick credit check and then gave me papers to sign. At the bottom I was to check I understood I was purchasing a warranty. I asked where the fee was on the paperwork. He said it's just included in the price shown. But I asked how much is it? He seemed not to know but said about $100 or so. Gosh! They had all my information and now my credit will take a hit but I said I felt they were dishonest and I left. I called the manager but she just apologized I was upset. Beware and make sure they don't roll extra charges in to the purchase price!

Best experience ever. Steve was very patient. Answered all my questions and provided helpful assistance that revealed that he cared about my desire to make the best possible purchase. Whew! Steve is s breath of fresh air in this current environment where most sales person are not knowledgeable, uncaring and just want to rush you into making a decision.
