My husband and I purposely chose to visit this Rooms to Go location over others because we expected to have a good experience. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. We entered through the side entrance near the kids' department and made a full lap around the store, yet not a single sales associate approached us. At first, I thought it might have been because we came in through an alternate entrance, so we walked all the way to the front of the store and entered through the main doors. We passed no fewer than five employees standing together, and not one of them acknowledged us or even said hello. I have an account with Rooms to Go and am in desperate need of a new sofa. This was going to be a Father's Day purchase because my husband found the set he wanted—the Copperfield. However, not being helped or approached by a single employee left a sour taste in our mouth. In fact, we were approached by other families who were shopping and comparing furniture while we were never approached by an actual associate. We will likely visit another location and hope for a better experience, or possibly just shop online instead. However, I felt it was important to share my experience because this has never happened to me before, and I hope it doesn't happen to another family.

Jay Brooks was such a great help. He was very patient as we took our time choosing the right couch also helping us with all the details we needed. He was also very kind and considerate.

We went to so many different furniture stores to find our couch and had difficulty finalizing. Patrick at the Fort Worth location really helped us narrow down our choice and we are so excited for our new couch to get here!
