We walked in to Rooms To Good not knowing what we really wanted. Sam, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and lead us to exactly what we needed. We bought a new set of couched within an hour of walking in the door. Great experience!

I am absolutely appalled by the predatory management practices and dishonest behavior at Rooms To Go Baybrook. We placed an order that was delayed two weeks past the promised delivery date. When I called to inquire about my options given their failure to meet the deadline, the manager had the audacity to threaten me with a 20% cancellation fee. It is logically bankrupt to penalize a customer for a cancellation when the company is the one failing to fulfill the contract on time. Even more egregious is the blatant gaslighting regarding their own policies. Their website clearly states the 20% fee applies to showroom orders, not online orders. Despite the fact that we left the store without purchasing and completed our transaction entirely online later, the manager chose to argue and lie, claiming I "ordered in-store" just to justify a potential cash grab. To have management twist facts and ignore their own written policies just to trap a customer is a disgusting way to do business. This experience has completely destroyed a longstanding relationship. If you value your money and expect basic honesty, stay far away from Rooms To Go. Their policy is a scam, and their management is willing to lie to your face to enforce it.
