Extremely disappointed at this locations sales person and store manager. I purchased a bedroom sett that was delivered today and did not fit my adjustable mattress frame. When i purchased the set I specifically told the employee what I had at home and it was going fit. Today the delivery crew took the legs off and sat it on the bed frame which caused my bed to bed way to high for my wife to get on. She has a back problem and is not able to get on the bed without hurting her back. When I called the store they passed on the issue and gave me the run around. When I finally got ahold of the store manager she basically told me that I needed to spend more money there and that there was nothing she could offer me or do. They also told me that they didn’t have a return policy and that I had signed the agreement. Now I have a brand new bed that I cannot use. Thank you rooms to go. Mesquite location.
