Great service

Amazing experience with this store everyone was so helpful and very knowledgeable. They were even friendly to my daughter. Definitely going to be coming back!

Yesterday evening 7-5-25 I walked into kids rooms to go on town east with my 13 year old there was a worker sitting down, heavy set with glasses, he never once greeted us nor asked what we were looking for, so my daughter and I walked around and looked at all the mattresses and found one that said floor sale, it was a foam mattress top and she liked it, I asked the man can I purchase this one since I have my truck, he said no because we have to wrap it in plastic before you can take it, I said ok may I buy it and pick it up tomorrow than, he said no you have to wait for Sunday because I have to fill this bed with another mattress, I stated I can’t come Sunday I will be out of town I need a mattress by Wednesday and I would like this specific one, he said no I could not get it before Sunday Monday so I left, if I’m willing to pay 455.00 for something that’s floor sale why can’t I pick it up the next day? Makes no sense, that plus the poor customer service, I had been to a couple stores that day and he was the only one that was lazy like he was, smh
